Battle Proms Picnic Concerts Saturday 18th
Dark evenings and cold mornings are the thoughts on most people’s minds this week. But it doesn’t mean you can’t dream of balmy summer days filled with champagne, picnics and sublime classical music, as the Battle Proms Concerts announce that their 2012 summer concert series is now on sale.
The 2nd annual Ragley Hall Battle Proms Concert will take place on Saturday 18 August 2012. As well as the usual highlights such as the Napoleonic cavalry, 200 live cannons, Spitfire display, breathtaking fireworks and a sing along proms finale, the 2012 Battle Proms will include a Diamond Jubilee Gun Salute from a vintage QF Field Gun fired manually by a team of gunners.
Take advantage of the early online booking offer at www.battleproms.com and give someone a fabulous surprise and a wonderful concert to look forward to in summer 2012. Ideal for couples, and with a pair of tickets currently under £60 including a free Christmas card from Combat Stress, it could be the solution to your gift-finding puzzle!
