What our customers and visitors say....

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you for all your help in organising my son Lewis's birthday party today.  The boys all had a fabulous time, despite intermittent showers, and all said they'd love to do water zorbing again.  Their squeals of delight will stay with me for a long time!
Both Emma, and the staff from Water Runners were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, and plan to come back to Ragley very soon as our 2 boys have already been asking when they can go zorbing again - says it all!
Sue McDonnell, Children's Birthday Party

The rose garden in particular was wonderful - I loved hearing every single one of the visitors say, "Wow!", as they reached the top of the steps from the prairie garden and saw what was there!
I hope we didn't interrupt the wedding arrival too much with our delayed return but there was so much to see and ask (and translate!) and they could have spent longer had we had the time.
They are asking for return visits next year and I am going to look into visits for other groups now I have done this one and found it such fun and so rewarding.  So I look forward to seeing Ragley throughout the year in future once I have managed to work out how to arrange more groups!
Sue Jenkinson, Garden Group Visit

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for a wonderful day at your fantastic family venue yesterday!  Unlike many stately homes/country estates, Ragley Hall exuded all the warmth and charm of a genuine family home.
All round a perfect old-fashioned fun day out in the fresh air in stunning surroundings. And not a hint of ‘keep off the grass’ or ‘quiet please’! Bliss.
My 11-year-old nephew even told his parents that it had been the best day he’d had in years, which really is some praise!
Georgina Alexander, Visitor

Thank you very much for the very enjoyable tour you gave us of the gardens last month.  You made the visit interesting, enlightening and humorous for us all.
I’m sure you will have repeat visits to the gardens from our members now they know what lies behind the gates.
I hope you have a successful year in the garden and I look forward to seeing some of your projects completed when I come with my family again.
Tracey Lamb, Institute of Horticulture

I just wanted to say a big thank-you to all concerned for Ragley Hall.  We took my 4-year old daughter to visit last weekend and she absolutely loved it; the playground, the woodland walk and rolling down the bank next to the house were her favourite.
We so often these days use emails to complain.  I thought (for a change) I’d send one saying what a wonderful job you all do on the upkeep of Ragley Hall, and a big thank-you for opening this superb place to the public.
Matt Keeling, Visitor

Please thank the staff who helped to make our visit so pleasant this afternoon, particularly Daniel who patiently and kindly helped our wheelchair users and those not so nimble use the life.  He was interesting and informative on the tour, and did not make us feel rushed, although there was another party expected at 3.30pm.  We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Diana Clutterbuck, Group Visit

We visited Ragley Hall last Saturday and I’m sure you will like to know that my eldest grandson aged 8 said “Grandad this is the best adventure playground I have ever been to.”  I must say I too was very impressed.
Richard Langford, Visitor

On behalf of Solihull Probus Club I would like to thank you for all the arrangements that made our visit to Ragley Hall today so successful and enjoyable. Would you please pass on our thanks and appreciation to our guides for the most interesting and entertaining tours we were given.
Richard Goosey, Solihull Probus Club
