This year sees the launch of two new gardens – the Alpine Garden and the Rose Garden. 

The development of the Rose Garden has been a 3 year project which has seen a very traditional style garden transformed into a contemporary and colourful vista Ragley’s Head Gardener, Ross Barbour, will be hosting a series of talks and workshops enabling visitors to explore Ragley’s Gardens in depth and gain an insight into how they are managed.

Winter Garden Tour

Enjoy an informative tour given by the Head Gardener followed by a two-course lunch and the opportunity to explore the Gardens at your leisure.

Alpine Garden Workshop

Find out how Ragley’s new Crevice Garden is being created then have a go at making your own miniature version to take away. Includes a two-course lunch and full access to the gardens. (Max. 20 people per session).

The Natural Gardener – Spring Meadows

Learn how Ragley encourages natural habitats and wildlife through planting schemes and enjoy a two-course lunch and an opportunity to stroll through the gardens.

The Natural Gardener – Ponds

Enjoy a Ragley Estate Meats BBQ supper then stroll through the gardens and learn how Ragley encourages natural habitats and wildlife, paying particular interest to the ponds.

Rose Garden Launch

To celebrate the completion of the redevelopment of the Rose Garden Lord and Lady Hertford will be hosting a garden party for invited guests and ten lucky season ticket holders! Look out for details of how to apply later in the year.

Fork to Fork

Visit the Hertford family’s kitchen garden with the Head Gardener. Here you can lift a selection of vegetables which will be cooked by our Head Chef and accompanied by a delicious BBQ from Ragley Estate Meats.
